Optimous.AI is operated by Optimal Anarchy, Corp., a California corporation ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use Optimous, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. If you have questions, contact us at support@optimous.ai.
We collect the following categories of data:
Email address, username, display name, and avatar image. Collected when you create an account or update your profile.
Audio tracks you upload to the platform. These are stored in our cloud infrastructure and are used exclusively to power your visualizer experiences. We do not use them to train AI models.
Visual project configurations, parameter states, layer descriptors, and thumbnails you create or save on the platform.
IP addresses, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) and our database provider (Supabase) as a standard part of operating a web service.
Credit purchase history and transaction IDs. We never see or store your credit card number — payment processing is handled exclusively by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
Text prompts you submit to AI-assisted features. These are transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate results and are not stored beyond what is necessary to complete the request.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not use your uploaded audio or project outputs to train machine learning models.
We share data with the following service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform:
Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy. We select providers who maintain industry-standard security practices.
Audio files you upload are stored in Supabase Storage, hosted in the United States. Files are associated with your account and are only accessible to you unless you explicitly share or publish a project.
You can delete your audio files at any time from the Asset Vault. Deleted files are removed from active storage promptly and purged from backups within 30 days.
If you delete your account, all associated audio files and project data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
We use authentication cookies to keep you logged in across sessions. These are strictly necessary cookies — the platform does not function without them. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioral tracking scripts. Session data is handled exclusively by Supabase Auth.

Optimous is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately at support@optimous.ai and we will delete it promptly.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, and access controls limiting which personnel can access user data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected users in the event of a breach as required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
