You own all right, title, and interest in the assets you generate using Optimous.AI (Images, Videos, Scripts). However, you grant us a license to host and display this content as required to provide the service.
Credits are a virtual currency used to pay for AI compute time. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.
You may not use Optimous.AI to generate deepfakes, non-consensual sexual content, or content that promotes hate speech. Violation will result in instant permanent ban and forfeiture of credits.
